Here are some of our frequently asked questions, if you can’t find the answer to your question below then please get in contact with us.

To start with, if you are trying to find out about a status of an order then please view you email inbox and junk folders as our emails tend to end up in either of these.

We always email our customers to let them know if there has been an order issue (E.g. item out of stock etc), if payment was declined and to let customers know their item has been dispatched.

Q: How you do work out the currency for my country?
A: We are a British company and so all amounts are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).  Please just Google the words ‘currency converter’ and use the up to date Google converter that appears on the search page or click here for another up to date converter. As we only accept payment in pounds sterling if you are paying from another country when the currency is not pound sterling then you may find your bank charges you a small fee for the conversion. 

Q: How do I pay in Pounds Sterling?
A: When you use WorldPay or Paypal you will automatically pay us in British Pounds Sterling GBP as your bank will convert your currency into the currency we accept (GBP £).  We do not accept any other currency as form of payment. 

Q: Does The Festival Clothing Co Ship to my country?
A: We ship to a great number of countries, here is our current list: UK, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium. Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway (economy only), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.

Q: I Live in the UK and have trouble with computers can I Pay over the Phone?
A: Please call us on the number provided on the contact page and we will be able to help you.  Sometimes due to the unique nature of the items we sell it can be complicated to take phone orders.  Most of the time we are able to help though.  If you can provide us with the unique SKU product code found near the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page we will be able to help you more efficiently.  

Q: I live outside the UK can You call Me?
A: I’m sorry we are only able to call UK based phone numbers.  International customers are welcome to phone us during our normal office hours as displayed on the contact form page.

Q: Do you wholesale your goods?
A: No.  I’m sorry but for the time being we do not wholesale any of our products, please don’t ask us.

Q:How long is UK shipping?
A: This really depends on the shipping option you pick when you checkout.  During busy periods the times below may be longer. 
Royal Mail 2nd Class – This is a non guaranteed services and in most cases takes 2-3 working days but can be longer.
Royal Mail 1st Class – This is a non guaranteed services and in most cases takes 1-2 working days but can be longer.
Special Next Day Delivery – Arrives next working day if purchased before 15:00pm Monday – Friday)
Special Next Day Delivery Saturday – If purchased on a Friday the item will arrive on the Saturday

Q: How long to ship international items?
A:
All international items are checked and shipped the same day if orders are placed before 15:00pm or next day if orders are placed after this time. Economy orders are sent using standard Airmail via the Royal Mail.  This service is not tracked and as stated in our T&C’s and on the checkout page is used at the customers own risk and not the risk of The Festival Clothing Co.  Standard delivery time is approximately 5-10 working days.  Tracked items are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked or Tracked and Signed service.  We recommend all international customers use this service.  Delivery times for the tracked option are normally 1-2 days quicker than economy.  All delivery times are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances  including customs control at your border and extreme weather conditions etc.  The Festival Clothing Co cannot be held responsible for any duty you may need to pay for goods entering your country.

Q: Do you have a shop where I can View Items?
A: All our items can be viewed via our website only. If customers wish to place and order via the site and then pick up from our premises then they are welcome to do so by contacting us prior to ordering. 

Q: How do I work out shipping costs?
A: Unlike some websites you don’t need to register to view shipping prices. Just pop the items into your basket and pop over to the checkout page.   When on the shipping page use the drop down menu to pick your country, this will then create options for that country.
